Ray Brown - Author

Ray Brown is the founder of SentriPup Labs, a maker of personal sovereignty technology, and the founder of Human Perimeter Press.

Before focusing on fiction writing, he spent decades as a technology and security executive. He served as Chief Information Security Officer for a high-growth technology startup he joined early in its development, helping guide the company through expansion to a successful acquisition exceeding $350 million. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles in enterprise infrastructure, including Vice President of Global Data Centers at a Fortune 500 organization. Those experiences inform the technology themes and procedural authenticity throughout his fiction.

A native of Bright, Indiana, Ray grew up with deep family roots in southeastern Indiana and the communities surrounding Moores Hill. The Moores Hill Thriller Series draws on that connection: the real roads, real buildings, and the community memory of a part of Indiana most people pass through without ever truly seeing.

Ray lives and writes in Okeana, Ohio. His partner, Karen Fox (a St. Leon, Indiana native) serves as editor and primary manuscript reviewer. Beyond local accuracy, she performs full editorial passes, catching continuity breaks, logical errors, and story inconsistencies before publication. Her attention to detail helps ensure each book meets professional editorial standards while keeping Dearborn County authentically grounded in place.

He is currently at work on The Custodian, Book 3 of The Moores Hill Thriller Series, and beyond.
